Introduction
The HS-6037 is a 100MHz bus Intel BX chipset design PICMG bus Socket 370 for Celeron/Coppermine (Coppermine just for PCB V2.1) Industrial Single Board CPU card with features combined together to make it an ideal all-in-one industrial single board computer, enhanced I/O effects with VGA, LAN and Ultra II SCSI interface.
With onboard DMA33 of mode 4 to IDE drive interface architecture, the HS-6037 supports a maximum of 33.3 MB/sec in data transfer rating to two IDE drive connection. An onboard Intel 69000 VGA controller supports up to 1280 x 1024 resolution with 256 color display. The single board computer also provides one internal 50pin connector for various types of LCD panel connections.
The advanced PICMG bus add-on connection allows a user to easily obtain both ISA's 16big and PCI's 32bit full set signals from a full size PICMG slot. The HS-6037 CPU board supports up to 768MB of 168pin DIMM memory.
The BIOS is supported by a DiskOnChip module that is easily upgradeable. The board also supports infrared and USB, for fast data transfer. There are two Intel 82559 10/100Base-T Ethernet (LAN) connections on the board (One external RJ-45 connector and one 10pin header connector onboard). A watchdog timer automatically rests the CPU in case of a non-expected halt.
