The ADTRAN environmental housings serve many outside plant applications. These housings support 239/439/819 or T400-type mechanics for use in range extension of HDSL, HDSL2, FT1, ISDN, Frame Relay and DDS technologies. ADTRAN's housings may be mounted in vaults, manholes, or above-ground and are available with air-filled or gel-filled stub options. The universal housings accommodate multiple repeater technologies and sizes in the same apparatus case.
