Introduction
The EP600 features the low voltage and ultra low voltage VIA Luke compliant processors for fanless operation applications. To meet the original EPIC concept, which features PC/104 expansion capability, the EP600 comes with both PC/104 for 16-bit ISA and PCI104 for 32-bit PCI interfaces. The EP600 is an ideal solution for a single embedded board to support the reliable and anti-vibration PC/104+ expansion. This fanless embedded board also supports 200-pin DDR SODIMM sockets for up to 1GB of DDR400 memory, and supports dual segments with non-ECC memory. Additionally, the function-rich board provides dual fast Ethernet for network communication (optional Gigabit Ethernet), four USB 2.0 ports for high speed peripherals, Digital I/O for industrial control applications, and DualView for both LVDS LCD and CRT displays.
