Telco Power Systems are available in two basic types: Integrated and Traditional. Integrated systems combine many of the components into one large, central cabinet. These cabinets are often covered by a swing door or easily removable front panel. These types of systems offer the convenience of front access to distribution and wiring connections. On the other hand, the traditional rack mounted system is usually a rear access power plant with a series of vertically stacked panels or shelves. These systems can also be mounted in boxbays and on walls. These systems are available in 12, 24 and 48 VDC configurations using either positive or negative ground with current capacities up to 2400A.
