PICMG
The "PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group"
is a consortium of over 500 industrial computer
product vendors to develop specifications for
PCI-based systems and boards for use in industrial and
telecommunications computing applications. This
standard enables interoperability between full-length
PICMG SBCs which utilize both PCI and ISA Bus, and
PCI-ISA passive backplanes from different
manufacturers.
