The EC1010/1020 series
Enhanced 1U/2U Server Chassis are designed for modern networking server
appliance application. The unique front 2x20 characters LCD module (A78)
provides customer a programmable display for server name, IP address, system
time, alarm message,...etc.
With the display message on
the front panel, IT engineers are easy to find out what server is and what
problem happened if system shut down. Another special function is the
internal built-in A106 Alarm Board which can check is an External Watch Dog
Timer to monitor user's system is working properly or has dropped halt. |

Why use CPU Card
with Backplane ?
EC1010/1020 are designed
to use CPU board instead of normal ATX mother board. The main purpose
is to let customer easy to plug in maximum tow full length PCI
cards (EC1010) and five full length PCI or ISA cards (EC1020).
The system configuration is
very suitable for compact size CTI, Image Monitoring, Industrial
Automation, ...etc. applications.
By the way the CPU card
also is very easy to be installed or uninstalled in the chassis
because you only have to fix one screw on the iron plate. |
